CBIS built a new meeting hub within an industrial building. The work combined steel framing, drylining, flooring, windows, electrical installation and painting to form a separate internal workspace.

Can you work in an occupied building?
We have experience of construction within a live industrial environment. Access, segregation, working hours and the interfaces with building users need to be discussed for each site. Tell us what needs to remain operational so we can assess the approach.
Do you take on individual trade packages?
Yes. CBIS works as both a main contractor and a specialist subcontractor. We can discuss drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings and joinery as individual packages or as part of a wider refurbishment.
Where do you work?
We are based in East Leake, near Loughborough, and work across the East Midlands on commercial and industrial projects. Send the site location and scope so we can confirm suitability.
What should I send with my enquiry?
The site address, a short description of the work and your target dates are a useful start. Include any drawings, specification, photographs and outline budget you have. Let us know whether the building will stay occupied.
Can I enquire before my specification is complete?
Yes. Tell us which decisions are still open and what information you already have. We can discuss the construction scope and identify where further design or specialist advice is needed before the work is priced.
